Alli Hynes, CBT

Alli, originally from Texas, has been working as a behavior technician empowering learners since the beginnning of 2024. This certification is supported by a bachelors degree in psychology and child development. Working with individuals who have complex communication needs inspired Alli to also pursue a certificate in speech, language, and hearing foundations from the UW, which was awarded in 2026. Alli strives to bring creativity, empathy, and dedication to each and every session as they work alongside students to overcome the barriers they may face. Outside of work, Alli enjoys crocheting, participating in community colorguard, and spending time outdoors.
