Kaylee Schneiderhan, BCBA,LBA

Clinical Supervisor

Kaylee developed an interest in working with children with differing abilities in 2012 while working as a preschool teaching assistant. After moving to California in 2014, Kaylee worked as a Behavior Assistant supporting students in schools with ASD and/or other behavioral/emotional disorders that impacted their learning. Kaylee graduated in 2016 from Liberty University online with a degree in Special Education. When Kaylee moved back to Kent, Washington in 2017 she began work as a Para-educator in the schools until joining the Northwest ABA team as a Behavior Technician in 2019. After graduating with her Master’s in Special Education from the University of Washington in June 2021, she received her BCBA credentials in October, 2021. Kaylee has greatly enjoyed working with her clients and their families as a technician at NWABA and is excited to continue working at NWABA as a BCBA. To refresh, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, Louie, taking annual family trips to Disneyland, and most recently, preparing for her baby on-the-way!
