She later earned her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). After learning more about ABA, Stephanie became inspired by the science of behavior and its ability to create positive, lasting changes in people’s lives. Through her work with individuals on the autism spectrum, she recognized the importance of culturally responsive services and the value of being bilingual in both English and Spanish. Stephanie is dedicated to helping bridge language barriers and improving access to quality ABA services within her community. Stephanie believes that individuals are much more than their behaviors and that every person deserves to be seen, understood, and valued as a whole person. She approaches her work with compassion and empathy, believing that everyone has a good heart and the capacity to learn, grow, and thrive when provided with the right support and opportunities. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys dancing, biking, walking, crafting and spending time with her family.
