Tyler Deskins, MS.ABA, BCBA, LBA

Clinical Supervisor

Tyler’s interest in learning began while taking psychology courses at Eastern Oregon University. After working as psychology tutor and earning his undergraduate in psychology, he began providing ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism while working as a Registered Behavior Technician. This motivated Tyler to get his Masters degree from Simmons University and his Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate so that he could supervise other behavior technicians and help them provide effective and ethical ABA therapy services. Tyler has experience with teaching verbal behavior using discrete trial and naturalistic procedures to both clients and clinicians and using momentum-based approaches to promote responding. He also has  familiarity using imitation to promote language acquisition, and assessing client skills to inform treatment decisions. In his free time, Tyler enjoys reading about the experimental analysis of behavior, playing video games with his wife, going to jujitsu practice, and playing with his dog.
